Recovery period

3 to 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Terms and Conditions

The product must be unused and unopened.

It must be returned in its original condition with full packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order letter) must be provided.

Products that have been opened or partially used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions

Products damaged or defective upon receipt (photo proof provided within 24 hours of receipt).

Special requests or promotions may be excluded from returns or have a different policy.

Recovery method

Contact customer service via WhatsApp/email.

Arrange for product pickup by shipping company (if possible).

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the product is received and inspected.
